|Rear Camera setup: 108 MP wide angle primary camera Front Camera: 8 MP wide angle
|5000 mAh with 18W Quick Charging
Design and Display:
The Realme C53 has a 90 Hz refresh rate which is unbelievable that a budget smartphone comes with such features. This enhances the overall functioning of a smartphone.
You get a side mounted fingerprint scanner which is very convenient and on top of that when it comes to camera this phone has a massive 108 MP camera. This makes it one of the most feature rich budget smartphones.
In terms of design the plastic construction showcases a two tone aesthetic, with a combination of matte finishes.
However it’s worth noting that while the camera rings are ergonomically designed they can cause some instability when placed on surfaces.
Performance and Software:
The Realme C53 is quite effective when it comes to handling tasks and browsing media. Its entry level Unisoc T612 SoC and the availability of 4GB or 6GB RAM variants contribute to this efficiency.
However when it comes to gaming and multitasking the experience is average at best. There’s a delay while playing high graphic games, like BGMI.
The benchmarked scores validate these observations indicating that although the device performs adequately it falls short in demanding situations.
The Realme UI T edition, which is based on Android 13 offers a smooth user interface and fewer pre-installed apps. This enhances the customization options for users.
Although it only has a 12 MP default camera, the Realme C53’s 108 MP primary camera is its most notable feature.
Although the camera focuses quickly in well-lit areas, it has trouble maintaining correct contrast ratios, which leads to oversaturated colors and a small dynamic range.
Detail gets lost in the noise at high levels, this happens to both indoor and low light shots. The 8MP front-facing camera is unable to capture natural skin tones or facial details; however, it captures decent images.
The device comes with a 5,000mAh battery lasting for a day with light usage. According to PCMark 3.0 battery tests, it has a score of 18 hours and 30 minutes.
It is also quite good when charging, taking only 2 hours and 15 minutes using the 18W charger.
In this article we discussed about Realme C53 Review. The Realme C53 is an interesting proposal in the low-cost smartphone market.
Despite its impressive design, display and battery life, the camera performance is below par.
Realme C55 on the other hand with better chipset, faster charging and more storage than the 4GB RAM variant can be one of the competitors at Rs 9,999.
It’s a respectable device that looks good and performs within the Rs.10,000 range.
