Other New Features Coming To WhatsApp Soon

1. The Meta AI Chatbot Feature:

WhatsApp will soon include new features on the platform to improve the user experience.

According to a recent update, through a new special feature added on Meta-owned applications, users can now interact with an AI chatbot.

Reportedly, there is now an icon button for initiating new chats above the icon on the Chats tab.

This button makes it easier for starting AI-prompted conversations thus saving users’ time and increasing comfort.

2. New Search Bar Feature Of WhatsApp:

Additionally, WhatsApp is expected to come up with a new search bar feature, which will help in enhancing user privacy and connectivity.

According to WABetaInfo’s screenshot, this will enable users to discover others by their usernames.

The upgrade is meant to simplify finding friends and contacts by eliminating phone numbers exchange needs.

Based on the report, the next feature will allow users to create their own usernames as an alternative choice for those who prefer not to reveal their phone numbers.

Experts believe that this development will be particularly beneficial for people who are concerned about privacy and those who would like more control on their personal information.

Users will have complete discretion over whether or not to use this new feature because creating a username will be completely optional.

What Is This Meta AI Chatbot?

In September Meta, the parent company of WhatsApp made an announcement about their Meta AI chatbot.

During the announcement Mark Zuckerberg revealed that they are currently testing chatbots powered by AI for the American market.
