Acer has recently unveiled a variety of brand-new gaming monitors that make up its well-known Predator series. 

These include the flagship Predator Z57 dual UHD Curved MiniLED PredatorX34 V3 curved MiniLED gaming monitors Predator X39 and Predator X34 gaming monitors. Let’s take a look.

The Predator Z57 is the company’s most popular gaming monitor. The model has a 57-inch curving display with a Dual UHD (7680×2160) resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. It comes with 2304-zone MiniLED technology, which promises improved image clarity and quality.

It comes with an expansive 32:9 aspect ratio and 1000R curvature. Predator Z57 Predator Z57 can output up to 1000 nits of brightness. It also includes VESA DisplayHDR 1000 certification to ensure accurate colours and high and dark shadows.

The screen comes with a 98 per cent DCI-P3 colour spectrum. Due to the screen’s large area, users can even multi-task with this model. It supports the most modern consoles and has 2 HDMI 2.1 ports and DisplayPort 1.4.

It sports a sleek design and comes with two 10W speakers. The China launch is scheduled for Q1 2024. Meanwhile, the North American release will kick off in Q2 2024 and cost 249 USD.

The Acer Predator X34 V3 sports a 34-inch display, as its name implies. The Display is a curved MiniLED panel with a 21:9 aspect ratio and resolution. 

It features a 1500R curvature and 4-percent DCI P3 color gamut and is VESA DisplayHDR1000 compliant.

According to its creators, it offers superior gaming performance with a 120Hz refresh rate and 1ms response time – no ghosting and an immersive gaming experience are assured by this monitor’s unique features, such as a 120Hz refresh rate and response time of 1ms for a ghostless gaming experience.

Like its Predator Z57 counterpart, it also comes equipped with HDMI 2 and DisplayPort 1.4 ports and two speakers with 5W power – all making this model easily purchaseable through Amazon Marketplace or by shopping directly online marketplace vendors—a price of USD 1,399.

Besides MiniLED models, tech giant Asus also unveiled two new OLED gaming monitors: Predator X39 and Predator X34. The former features 39-inch panels, and the other has 34-inch screens.

Both models come with UWQHD resolution (3440×1440) and up to 240Hz refresh rate. The high refresh rate is coupled with 0.01ms solution to provide a smoother and non-stuttering gaming experience. Two OLED gaming monitors are also equipped with 800R curvature.

The screens support DCI-P3 colours that cover 99 per cent of the range and VESA DisplayHDR True Black 400 certification. These displays come equipped with the Eyesafe 2.0 certification that eases eye strain.

The PredatorX34 X comes with a price starting at 1,299 USD. The PredatorX39 starts at 1,499 USD. They will also be available in the Chinese market in the first quarter 2024. Release in other countries will begin in the second quarter of 2024.

All four new gaming monitors have AMD FreeSync Premium, which helps to avoid screen flickering and tearing. 

A USB Type C port can provide a 90W PD port that supplies power, Display, and data transmission. 

The latest Predator Gaming Monitors feature built-in KVM switches to swap sources without needing to connect peripherals.
